​We understand that there are many ways to build a great reputation as a business. If you drive up profits and scale up into new areas, create a solid online presence with thousands of Twitter followers and a long email list, then you can pack quite a punch. But that is very different from cultivating a great local reputation. In order to do that you have to play a very different game, one that centers around honesty, loyalty, consistency and building a trusted and respectable image. People don’t forget in small places and therefore you can’t just pump money into a situation and relocate. No, sir! You need to make sure that you are engaging with people and providing great work for them on a consistent basis. 

There are two main things that we like to do to make sure that we do this. The first is only to hire staff that share our ethos, that are ready and committed to building the company with us, within the community, and who will continue to do so until they go on to pastures new. The second is to make sure that we only use proper equipment when we work. You would be very surprised at the amount of contractors who do not do this. They are content getting by with material that is a bit old-hat. This will never be the case with us. We only ever use proper state of the art tools and technology to get the best job done!
